At The Simple Missal, all of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring that each item is tailored specifically for your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
1. No Returns or Refunds
- Custom Products: Since our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased from our store.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues may arise during the production or shipping process. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@simplemissal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will review your request and, if deemed appropriate, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse replacement requests if the damage is determined to be caused by customer misuse or mishandling.
3. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy. All products are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
